English training aimed at specific language skills needed in competitions, as well as basic 'survival' English for travel abroad.

2. 模特比赛计谋课Modeling Competition Strategy (CS)

The key to winning is not always in looks, but often in how we position ourselves in the competition and how we handle the pressure. This lesson will allow participants to share the secrets of success of winners of prior international competitions.

3. 集体舞蹈课Group Dance (DC)

Being able to perform basic dance routines is essential to most competitions, this class will enable participants to handle the moves required to perform in a group.

4. 艺术课（自选）Individual Talent (elective) (IT)

Most competitions allow for the contestants to display their individual talent. As such, this key area needs to be practiced.

5. 仪表仪容课Grooming & Deportment (GD)

Basic and advanced training in how to apply make up, how to take care of one's health, how to project an air of professionalism through use of body language, etc.

6. 知识问答课Cultural Awareness (CA)

Another key area of this training course is personal quality of character. This class will focus on what it takes to be taken seriously internationally, from basic behavior to how to respond to the difficult questions.
